I honestly should be thanking you...I've practicing on Frame by frame for awhile and I love Parkour, and I really like how well you put together in flash so I can study the movements, it was really well done

Well I'm glad you're able to get some use out of it, I always found looking at other people's animations helpful, so maybe it'll help you, who knows? If you want, you can download it which usually lets you go frame by frame, in case you want to see it even slower.
